The Tamron AF 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 Di-II LD Macro Zoom Lens is one of the better Tamron camera lenses I have come across yet. Even though the original price is rather unreasonable with $ 898.95, with the current Amazon price at $ 295 it is more than fair so I decided to write a review on it. This Tamron camera lens is a pure far-distance telephoto zoom lens with a 14X zoom. Its ability to zoom in and bring out color and detail is truly amazing and the manufacturer has all right to say that this lens is the most powerful zoom lens on the planet! But have a look at its specifications for yourself:

• 18-250mm zoom lens with f/3.5-6.3 maximum aperture for Canon digital SLR cameras
• Offers telephoto capabilities of 28-388mm (35mm equivalent) in a single compact housing

My conclusion:

I really love this little lens. It is fairly small and light, yet has an incredible ability to zoom in (14X zoom) and is also extremely flexible regarding zoom-distance, so you don’t have to carry several other lenses with you anymore. All in all, the Tamron AF 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 Macro Zoom lens is highly recommendable!
